Washington, D.C – It appears Senate Democrats like Michael Bennet who are rushing to pass the $3.5 trillion reckless tax and spending spree are in denial. Bennet and his radical Left colleagues are so blinded by their need to transform America into a socialist nation that they cannot see how their reckless agenda will negatively impact families and job creators.
In the face of a thirty-year record jump in a key inflation indicator and experts warning that trillions in reckless spending will only push inflation higher, Senate Democrats are simply shrugging their shoulders as they decide if they care about inflation at all. But the American people sure do. A recent Morning Consult/Politico poll found that nearly 60% of voters blame the Democrats’ reckless agenda for the rising cost of everything from gas to groceries, and another poll saw Biden’s approval take a nosedive for his handling of the economy. A National Battleground Survey from the NRSC and RGA also found that a majority of Americans blame Democrats’ tax and spend policies for the jump in inflation.
While Democrats are “struggling to get on the same page,” American families are struggling to make ends meet as prices skyrocket.
