Minnesotans will have more money in their pockets this tax season thanks to Republican leadership that passed the largest middle-class tax cut in history. According to IRS data, the Working Families Tax Cuts are saving Americans $2,290 on average this tax season, nearly 11% more than last year. Meanwhile, January inflation cooled to 2.4% year-over-year, beating expectations again.
“Senate Republicans are delivering bigger tax refunds and lowering inflation after four years of skyrocketing costs thanks to Democrats like Peggy Flanagan and Angie Craig,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “Minnesota deserves a Senator like Michele Tafoya who will fight to put more money in the pockets of hard-working Minnesotans.”
