Claire McCaskill is set to hold a high-dollar fundraiser today around D.C.’s exclusive CityCenter.
As one of the richest members of Congress, McCaskill seems right at home alongside designer fashion stores and swanky restaurants. She should have no problem brushing shoulders with affluent Washington insiders and asking for big-dollar donations to fund her Elizabeth Warren endorsed liberal agenda.
Someone should ask if she’s holding today’s event at Centrolina, a luxury restaurant she holds an investment in. It wouldn’t be the first time she mixed her Senate business with personal investments.
