Bill Nelson is taking a lot of heat for backing out of the CNN debate with Governor Scott. Today, The Tampa Bay Times blasted him for the decision, laying the blame squarely at his feet.

Unfortunately for Bill, no one is buying his absurd excuses for dodging this debate. After 30 years in Washington and no record of accomplishments, it’s easy to see why Bill Nelson doesn’t want to face Governor Rick Scott on a national debate stage.
