Ahead of President Trump’s State of the Union, the NRSC is launching a new digital ad highlighting Heidi Heitkamp’s record of voting against the President’s policies.
The 15 second auto-play Facebook ad will run in North Dakota and show voters the extreme measures Heidi Heitkamp has taken to oppose President Trump. Though Heitkamp claims to be moderate and represents a state President Trump carried in 2016, her record of voting against the President 68% of the time tells a completely different story.

“It’s important North Dakotans know that Heidi Heitkamp has gone out of her way to oppose President Trump’s agenda,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “By voting against the President, Heidi Heitkamp has voted against the will of North Dakota voters to follow the far-left agenda of Washington liberals.”
