WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) released a new ad today exposing Ken Paxton’s incompetence and failed leadership as Texas’ Attorney General. Under Paxton’s watch, violent crime has increased across the board, homicides hit a nearly three-decade high and rapes are up more than 40 percent.

“Ken Paxton’s incompetence as Texas’ chief law enforcement officer has allowed crime to run rampant across the Lone Star State,” said NRSC Communications Director Joanna Rodriguez. “Texans deserve a leader who can keep their communities safe, not one whose mismanagement has made things worse.”
