WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) released a new digital ad today slamming Mary Peltola (D-AK) as the Alaska Last candidate following her announcement that she would be running for U.S. Senate. Peltola was rejected by Alaskans in 2024.
“After voters rejected Mary Peltola’s record pushing radical transgender policies and protecting Joe Biden’s relentless attacks on Alaska energy, she immediately cashed out to lobby for special interests,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “Voters trust Dan Sullivan to keep fighting for the Alaskan comeback and will reject Peltola again.”

Peltola is a radical leftist who wants to make Alaska last again. Peltola:
- Opposed Working Family Tax Cuts supported by President Trump and Dan Sullivan which provide up to over $11,000 more in take-home pay, no taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.
- Opposed historic Alaska First legislation supported by President Trump and Dan Sullivan which provided the largest Coast Guard investment in history and unlocks nearly 30 million acres across Alaska for ANWR, NPR-A, and Cook Inlet.
- Stood by Joe Biden’s attacks on Alaska energy, including ANWR.
- Supported raising taxes and increasing the cost of living on Alaska families.
- Supports males competing in women’s sports.
- Supports open borders and voted against legislation to resume border wall construction, increase the number of Border Patrol Agents, and tighten asylum standards.
- Lied to Alaskans about Joe Biden’s obvious mental decline and claimed Biden’s old age was “a good thing” and that his “mental acuity is very, very on.”
- Rubber-stamped Biden’s Alaska last policies and didn’t get a single bill signed into law in Congress.
- Cashed out after leaving Congress to lobby for big special interests.
- Pledged allegiance to a radical, Soros-backed group that wants to defund the police and abolish I.C.E.
- Took thousands of dollars in campaign cash from socialist Squad Member, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
