As questions remain about Democrat Sara Gideon knowing and refusing to do anything about an alleged sexual predator in her caucus, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) released its latest TV ad today highlighting the height of Gideon’s hypocrisy.
Gideon, who launched her run for U.S. Senate claiming to believe all women, did nothing when presented with allegations of sexual assault made against a member of her own caucus.
“Mainers can’t risk gambling on Democrat Sara Gideon’s record of hypocrisy, misleading voters, and doing nothing about an alleged sexual predator,” said NRSC spokesperson Nathan Brand. “The height of Gideon’s hypocrisy is telling voters she believes all women, but doing nothing when approached about allegations of sexual assault in her own Democrat caucus.”

Is there no end to Sara Gideon’s hypocrisy?
Gideon says, “Believe all women.” Until she doesn’t.
Like when her fellow legislator, a teacher, was accused of sexually assaulting a student.
The school dismissed him.
Gideon heard the rumors, but didn’t investigate.
Waiting until the press uncovered it before Gideon said anything.
And that might be the height of her hypocrisy.
Another reason, why Gideon’s a risky choice, for Maine.
