Washington, D.C. — The NRSC today released a new digital video highlighting what is at stake in the 2020 elections: capitalism vs. socialism.
The new NRSC video contrasts Democrats in their own words failing to defend socialism and attacking capitalism, with Republicans sharing why America will never be a socialist county and how free-market capitalism has unleashed prosperity.
“Socialism has failed, yet Senate Democrats in 2020 have committed to running on the policies of higher taxes, bigger government, and socialist proposals like the Green New Deal,” said NRSC Communications Director Jesse Hunt. “Voters know Republicans are committed to defending freedom and releasing opportunity so people can achieve the American Dream.”
