With 126 days of more potential Graham Platner lies and scandals to go, a new poll from the Siena Research Institute shows that the race is neck and neck but voters overwhelmingly believe Platner is too extreme and that Susan Collins “has good character” and “the right kind of moral values”.
“Mainers believe that Graham Platner cannot be trusted and is too extreme, while Susan Collins is a Senator they can be proud of. With four months of potential Platner scandals to go, Mainers will be sick of Platner embarrassing them by November,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell.
