A new post-primary poll is out in Indiana and it’s bad news for Mexico Joe Donnelly.

The poll from Gravis shows Mexico Joe starting the general election trailing businessman Mike Braun 45%-44%. To make matters worse for Mexico Joe, just 41% of voters approve of his job performance and the GOP tax cuts that he opposed remain popular in the state, with the law’s approval at 43%-32%.

It’s clear that Mexico Joe has an uphill climb ahead of him in his reelection campaign. And with no accomplishments to speak of in more than a decade in Washington, Mexico Joe is going to have a tough time convincing Hoosiers to give him another chance.
