The National Republican Senatorial Committee is calling for an investigation into Senate candidate Paul Dans (R-SC) by the Senate Select Committee on Ethics for failing to timely file his Personal Financial Disclosure Form. Dans has not filed a report or requested an extension since he became a candidate over 40 days ago.
“It’s shameful that Paul Dans is keeping South Carolinians in the dark about his financial interests,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia. “His decision to not file his personal financial disclosure form raises questions about what Dans is hiding, and he either needs to stop breaking the law or face the consequences.”
