Washington, D.C. – The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) today released the following statement, calling on Amy McGrath to apologize for posing with liberal extremist Ken Blair. Blair is known for having hung an effigy of President Trump in 2017.

“Amy McGrath refuses to denounce the most extreme members of her party, including those who condone violence against the President,” said NRSC Communications Director Jesse Hunt. “This incident is further proof that McGrath and her allies are too liberal for Kentucky. That McGrath and her allies believe this type of behavior is acceptable is a stain on her candidacy, and she should publicly apologize immediately.”
