WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) sent a complaint to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) calling on the commission to investigate and sanction Fraud Dan Sullivan (D) for accepting excessive in-kind contributions from Democrat strategist Amber Lee. Fraud Sullivan admitted Amber Lee “helped build” the copycat logo for his sham campaign, and then admitted “he hasn’t yet paid Lee for her work.” This comes after the NRSC sent a complaint to the FEC calling for an investigation into Fraud Sullivan and Amber Lee for breaking federal law and deceiving Alaska voters in an attempt to rig Alaska’s U.S Senate race in favor of Mary Peltola.
“Mary Peltola and her minions continue to show they don’t think the rules apply to them. The FEC must immediately investigate and sanction Fraud Dan Sullivan and Amber Lee for breaking federal law,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.

Background
- Lee — a Peltola “supporter” who said this year she wants Peltola to “win” — authored Fraud Sullivan’s press release announcing his sham candidacy.
- The NRSC sent a letter to Alaska’s Lieutenant Governor and Division of Elections demanding Fraud Dan Sullivan be removed from the ballot to protect the integrity of the U.S. Senate race.
- Alaska’s Lieutenant Governor opened an investigation into Fraud Dan Sullivan citing “credible allegations” Fraud Sullivan is deceiving Alaska voters.
- Lee’s Democrat consulting firm received thousands of dollars for “PAC Strategy Consulting” from Vote Alaska Before Party PAC, “a single-candidate super PAC in support of Mary Peltola” that has spent at least $10.4 million for Peltola.
- In 2024, Alaska Before Party PAC tried to “game Alaska’s complicated electoral system to ensure Peltola has the best odds of prevailing in November.” It didn’t work.
- Fraud Sullivan has donated to Peltola and other radical Democrats.
- Lee’s Democrat consulting firm strictly works for radical left clients, including a group that aims to “train women who are pro-choice, pro-LGBTQ rights, pro-union, anti-racist and pro-racial justice” to serve as candidates and volunteers.”
- Peltola was in Petersburg—Fraud Dan Sullivan’s hometown—just days before Fraud Sullivan announced his sham candidacy. Petersburg has a population of 3,003.
- Prominent Alaskan lawyer and Ranked Choice Voting advocate, Scott Kendal, called Fraud Sullivan’s candidacy “pathetic” and said “It represents politics at its worst-purposefully trying to confuse voters into wasting their ballot. Candidates need to wage a battle of ideas, not resort to cowardly nonsense.”
