Today, the NRSC is going up in Montana with a new ad highlighting President Trump’s calls for Senator Jon Tester to resign in the wake of his partisan smear campaign against Rear Admiral Ronny Jackson, whom President Trump picked to head the VA.
The new ad showcases Senator Tester’s consistent work to obstruct President Trump at every turn, even going as far as to lie about a distinguished veteran, just to score political points.
The new ad will target voters statewide online and come as part of a significant investment from the committee.
“Senator Tester didn’t even think twice before spreading unsubstantiated claims about a decorated veteran, just to please Chuck Schumer and his liberal party bosses in Washington,” said NRSC Spokesman Calvin Moore. “These disgraceful tactics are low even by Washington’s standards, and have made clear that Senator Tester has fully embraced life in the swamp. It’s time for him to go.”
