"After wrapping up a lucrative stay at Stanford University in California, it only seems appropriate to put out the welcome mat upon Russ Feingold’s move back to Wisconsin,” said NRSC spokeswoman Andrea Bozek. “Feingold’s decision to run for Senate is just another reminder that he’s nothing more than another out of touch, opportunistic, career politician.”

The billboard can be seen on I-94 at 84th Street in Milwaukee. The billboard will be up for a week, June 1-7th, and the location was picked to coincide with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin’s convention in Milwaukee this week. The NRSC will also run online digital ads in Wisconsin for the "welcome back to Wisconsin" campaign.
