“It’s clear Karin Housley knows how to create jobs and get things done, both attributes we need more of in Washington,” said NRSC Executive Director Chris Hansen. “We would like to congratulate her on tonight’s Republican primary victory, and we are confident she has what it takes to end left-wing Democrat Tina Smith’s brief career as a U.S. Senator.”
