Record Illegal Border Crossings and Reckless Socialist Spending
This week, Democrats continued to kick Americans to the curb with their radical Left and woefully unpopular agenda. From encouraging illegal immigration to endless tax-and-spend policies, Joe Biden and his Democrat Cronies put the interests of the American people last.
Here’s a recap of the Democrats’ failed week:
- So-called “progressives” have the Harris-Biden Administration in their pocket.
- In what can only be described as one of the most hypocritical 30 seconds in congressional history, Val Demings’ favorite Congresswoman Cori Bush (D-MO) called to defund the police while defending her use of private security.
- Speaking of Val Demings, who is vying for a Senate seat in what can only be described as nothing short of dangerous for the people of Florida, claimed that “the best indicator of future performance is to look at past performance.” What performance, Val? Caving to Schumer, Pelosi, and the Socialist Squad?
- Radical Senate hopeful Mandela Barnes out of Wisconsin showed his true colors on defunding the police. When asked about the issue, he gave what can only be described as a jumbled word salad.
- In Oregon, where so-called police “reform” has showed disastrous results with a skyrocketing homicide rate, Ron Wyden seems to only care about spending $5 trillion on who knows what.
- The Democrats’ reckless tax and spending spree is being organized by none other than self-proclaimed Socialist Bernie Sanders – who demands the money is spent…or else.Bernie is threatening his fellow Senators that they “better be with us” (the Socialists). Not very pragmatic, Bernie!
- Maggie Hassan says she’s “watching” inflation. But her actions in the Senate are making it worse.
- Biden’s border crisis continues its record-breaking pace with more than 210,000 illegal border crossings in July alone.
- That hasn’t stopped Open Border Democrats from voting against border security, with D.C. Darling Mark Kelly voting against a measure “to prohibit the cancellation of contracts for physical barriers and other border security measures.”
- Instead of protecting Americans by securing our Southern Border, Biden and his cronies have instead decided to fund corrupt governments south of the border, sending hard-earned American tax dollars with no guarantee it’ll even be spent on immigration measures. The “root cause,” as Kamala likes to put it, isn’t in Central America, it’s in Washington D.C.
With every week that the Socialist Democrats are in power, it becomes clearer and clearer that they put Americans’ interests last. They are pushing a reckless $3.5 (really $5) trillion tax and spending plan and allowing inflation to skyrocket. When will Senate Democrats like Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto, Raphael Warnock, Michael Bennet, and Maggie Hassan step up and say it’s enough? It’s becoming ever more apparent that they have no plan to slow down their radical agenda any time soon.
