Washington, D.C. – Tough news this morning for Majority Leader Chuck Schumer as, according to Politico Playbook, Democrats across the Hill are now telling reporters on background what the NRSC has been telling the public for a year. Namely, Chuck Schumer’s leadership of the Senate has been a historic failure because he is purely driven by avoiding a primary with AOC.
His awful leadership has not only stalled out President Biden’s agenda but has put his most vulnerable members at serious risk. Recently, Schumer has gone even further, putting his most at-risk members in the brutal position of either siding with him on doomed-to-fail matters like ending the filibuster or risk the threat of Schumer supporting a primary opponent.
