Paxton Continues to Threaten President Trump’s Majorities in Congress

Ken Paxton is undermining Republicans’ ability to protect President Trump’s House Majority.

Texas state Democrats are abandoning their jobs and fleeing to Illinois, but Paxton isn’t doing anything to stop them.

In fact, Paxton pathetically claimed “it’s a challenge” to prosecute them.

“Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was already threatening President Trump’s Senate Majority. Now, his incompetence is threatening Trump’s House Majority,” said NRSC Communications Director Joanna Rodriguez.
