President Trump is headed to Michigan today to tout his historic economic wins in the past year. Mike Rogers, who Trump has endorsed for the U.S. Senate, will also be in attendance.
President Trump’s leadership is continuing to bring down costs for the American people. Core inflation was “less than expected” again and remained at a five year low in December. Yesterday, gas prices once again hit a new five-year low with the price of a gallon under $3 in 43 states.
The work to bring down costs for the American people continues, but President Trump is already making strides to fix the economic disaster caused by Joe Biden and Haley Stevens when inflation hit more than 9%.
“Michiganders sent a clear message that they were fed up with Joe Biden’s failed policies when they delivered President Trump a historic mandate to lower costs and bring manufacturing jobs back to our shores,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell. “Today, President Trump is back in Detroit with Mike Rogers to champion his America First agenda and promise to keep delivering for families and workers.”
