A watchdog group is urging the Federal Election Commission to investigate Democrat Dan Osborn for “improperly steering campaign funds” to his family, according to a new Fox News report. This comes after the NRSC released the microsite, GrifterDan.com, exposing Osborn’s family scheme.
“Grifter Dan Osborn has funneled at least $388,000 in contributions to him and his family’s pockets so far. Democrat-backed Osborn is a Fake Independent using his fake campaign as a vehicle to enrich his family,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
In total, Osborn and his family have pocketed $388,057.83 from his Democrat donors.
- Osborn’s PAC and campaign have funneled over a quarter million dollars to his wife’s Democrat consulting firm. The company was only disclosed on Osborn’s Personal Financial Disclosure form after the press asked him about it.
- Former Democrat Senate candidate Nathan Sage paid Osborn’s wife’s company to help his campaign.
- Osborn is backed and funded by the far left, including Elizabeth Warren and Jamie Raskin.
- Osborn is using ActBlue and benefiting from a rule change that allows fake independents like him to use the platform.
