WASHINGTON, D.C. — Radical Bernie Sanders brought the next round of his proxy war with Chuck Schumer to Michigan today holding a rally with Abdul El-Sayed who is surging in his messy primary against Schumer-backed Haley Stevens and Michigan-hating Mallory McMorrow.
“Bernie Sanders already defeated one Schumer-preferred primary candidate, and now he’s ready to do the same in Michigan. Sanders and Abdul El-Sayed are two peas in a progressive pod desperate to implement Medicare for All, enact the Green New Deal that would decimate Michigan’s auto industry, and abolish ICE,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Samantha Cantrell.
