Failed Senate candidate Jason Kander is taking a break from advocating for the repeal of middle-class tax cuts today for a series of fundraisers in support of Sherrod Brown.
Kander will appear in Boardman, Kent and Cleveland today and in Amherst and Oberlin tomorrow to raise money for Brown’s reelection. The unsuccessful 2016 candidate from Missouri was last seen calling for repeal of the Republican tax relief plan that has already resulted in Ohio companies, including Keybank, Nationwide and Fifth Third Bank offering bonuses and pay raises to employees.
We all know Brown opposed the tax cuts, voting against the bill in the Senate, but does he agree with Kander that the they should be repealed and taxes should be raised for Ohio families and businesses?
