WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, NRSC Chairman Tim Scott and Senate Republicans’ first-of-its-kind housing reform became law, lowering housing costs and expanding the housing supply for working families.
“After decades of gridlock and rising housing costs, Senate Republicans have delivered real relief for American families. The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act will put the American Dream of homeownership within greater reach for hardworking Americans,” said Bernadette Breslin, NRSC national press secretary.
Senate Republican negotiators, led by Scott, have worked tirelessly throughout the 119th Congress to make long-overdue relief for working families a reality.
The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act will help lower housing costs, expand America’s housing supply, slash bureaucratic red tape, and protect taxpayers.
