According to a shocking report from Reuters, the United States “agreed ‘in secret’ to allow Iran to…exceed the deal’s limits on how much low-enriched uranium it can keep in its nuclear facilities…[which] can be purified into highly enriched, weapons-grade uranium.” This news comes just weeks after the State Department confirmed the $400M payment to Iran was a ransom payment in exchange for American prisoners.

But none of this information has deterred Radical Deborah Ross from supporting the Iran deal. In fact, Deborah Ross has never voiced any concern with the $400 million cash ransom payment to the leading state sponsor of terrorism.

But while Radical Ross refuses to criticize Iran, she hasn’t refrained from criticizing American intelligence agencies that work day in and day out to keep our nation safe.

In 2001, just months after the deadly September 11th terrorist attack, Deborah Ross’ ACLU called American intelligence agencies “dangerous” in a cover story featured in their quarterly newsletter. At the time this article was published Deborah Ross is listed as both Executive Director and Legal Director for the North Carolina ACLU.

Deborah Ross’ silent endorsement of a deal that has financially rewarded the leading state sponsor of terror, in contrast with calling American intelligence agencies is irresponsible and dangerous.
