Jacky Rosen’s partisan opposition to the Republican tax bill looks worse by the day.
During the tax debate, Rosen desperately parroted the misleading talking points of Nancy Pelosi in a futile attempt to discredit the GOP tax plan, and now her baseless arguments about the tax bill hurting middle-class Nevadans look even more ridiculous. On top of the bigger paychecks and bonuses folks are seeing as a result of the GOP tax cuts, Nevadans may now see lower electric bills! So much for Rosen’s absurd predictions that the tax bill would hurt Nevada families.
“Every day, Nevadans are seeing the positive economic benefits of the tax cuts Jacky Rosen refused to support,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “As voters prepare for midterm elections, they are going to remember that Jacky Rosen went out of her way to block legislation that is putting more money in their pockets.”
