Roy Cooper’s agreement with a foreign multinational corporation to build an EV plant in North Carolina is being killed, along with 7,500 jobs.

Cooper—who supports banning gas-powered cars—recruited the company to build an EV plant in North Carolina, calling it “the largest economic development announcement in the state’s history.”

A church, 27 homes, and five businesses had to give up their property for the highway needed for Cooper’s failed Green New Deal project.

It was all for nothing.

“Roy Cooper screwed North Carolinians in his pursuit to please the radical left. They don’t call it the Green New Scam for nothing,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia
