Humberto Narvaez Sandoval is a criminal illegal alien from Nicaragua arrested in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for burglary and forced entry into a residence.
Thanks to Roy Cooper turning North Carolina into a sanctuary state, Sandoval was never turned over to ICE and allowed to wreak havoc despite several arrests.

Sandoval was finally arrested by ICE after Roy Cooper left office.
“Sandoval should have been immediately deported. Instead, Roy Cooper’s soft-on-crime, sanctuary policies allowed this dangerous illegal to roam free and cause mayhem in North Carolina,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
