Washington, D.C. – This week, Senator Alex Padilla is the latest Senate Democrat to flip-flop on election security, proving that in just a few months since taking office, he has become a puppet for Senators Chuck Schumer and Bernie Sanders. Maybe Senator Padilla should look at his own record before tweeting bogus claims about Georgia’s new election security law.
Padilla must have forgotten what he did as California’s Secretary of Statewhen he followed federal law and updated voter registration rolls in California. Now that he is controlled by Schumer, Sanders and Democrat special interests, Senator Padilla is changing his tune.

In 2019, Senator Padilla led the effort to follow federal law and common practices and remove millions of names from California’s voter registration rolls.
Democrats are out of touch with the American people, with a new Monmouth poll showing that 80% of Americans support voter photo identification requirements. Republicans want 100% participation and zero fraud, however, the same cannot be said for the Democrat Party.
