Kyrsten Sinema just confirmed that her whole “independent, just like Arizona” schtick is a total fraud, and announced that if she were in the Senate, she’d side with her liberal party bosses to oppose Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.
Despite polling just this week from The Arizona Republic showing that most Arizonans support Judge Kavanaugh and want to see him confirmed to the court, Sinema is making sure Arizonans know that she only stands with her party’s most extreme and unhinged radicals who’ve stooped to incredible new lows to smear Judge Kavanaugh and obstruct this nominee – no matter the cost.
“With this decision, Kyrsten Sinema has made clear the despicable smear campaign we’ve seen from Senate Democrats these past few weeks is exactly what Arizonans will get if she’s elected to the Senate,” said NRSC Spokesman Calvin Moore. “Sinema had the chance to prove her so-called independence, but instead she chose to prove her heart really lies with the ‘resistance,’ the unhinged left and her liberal party bosses in Washington.”
