Senator Debbie Stabenow made it official, joining the radical leadership of Chuck Schumer to filibuster Judge Neil Gorsuch’s nomination to the Supreme Court. While it was just months ago that Stabenow said it was the Senate’s job to allow and up or down vote on a Supreme Court nominee, it’s clear that she really only meant that if the nominee was picked by a Democrat in the White House.
“This is just another prime example of Debbie Stabenow’s supreme hypocrisy,” said NRSC Communications Director Katie Martin. “The one thing Michiganders know about Stabenow is that she doesn’t care about having a functioning court, she only cares about appeasing her party bosses in DC.”
