Hillary Clinton is continuing her comeback tour today, coming to the Garden State to raise money for disgraced former Senator Bob Menendez at a Jersey City steakhouse.
After declaring that civility must be abandoned in politics until Democrats regain power, Hillary continues to defy norms by campaigning for a corrupt politician who was indicted by President Obama’s Justice Department on bribery charges. But then again, considering Hillary dealt with her own FBI investigation, maybe she feels a sort of kinship to Menendez…
“Hillary Clinton continues to prove how tone deaf she is, raising money for disgraced Senator Bob Menendez, who was indicted for bribery under her old boss, President Obama,” said NRSC Spokesman Bob Salera. “Bob Menendez is a crook, and it will take a lot more than a fundraiser with Hillary to convince New Jerseyans otherwise.”
