Jon Tester is set to get handsomely rewarded for his loyalty to Chuck Schumer and his band of liberals tonight, as Schumer raises money for Tester and his fellow red state Democrats at a swanky Hollywood fundraiser hosted by Disney CEO Bob Iger.
Hollywood liberals will be eager to send campaign cash Tester’s way, because they know they can always count on him to vote their way when it really matters. Tester has been a loyal foot soldier for Schumer, even risking his career by voting against a tax cut for Montana families that now enjoys support from a majority of Americans. Hollywood knows it has a friend in Jon Tester!
“It makes sense that Hollywood liberals are going out of their way to support Jon Tester’s campaign, since they know he will always have their backs, even at the expense of folks in Montana,” said NRSC Communications Director Katie Martin. “But all the Hollywood cash in the world won’t be enough to distract Montanans from the fact that Tester voted against a tax cut that is putting more money in their pockets.”
