Jon Tester just voted no on Judge Brett Kavanaugh, confirming that he couldn’t care less about his constituents who overwhelmingly support confirming President Trump’s pick to the Supreme Court.
All along, Tester’s been happy to ignore Montanans and play second fiddle to his liberal party bosses instead as they’ve worked to obstruct President Trump’s agenda at all costs. Making matters worse, Tester flat out lied about ever wanting to meet with Judge Kavanaugh and sat by idly as Democrats shamefully smeared Judge Kavanaugh, stooping to lows not seen since Jon Tester first smeared President Trump’s pick to head the VA.
“Jon Tester’s made clear he only listens to Chuck Schumer and Washington lobbyists, not the people of Montana,” said NRSC Spokesman Calvin Moore. “Jon Tester voted for 100% of Barack Obama’s liberal Supreme Court justices and not a single one of the conservatives picked by President Trump, which tells you all you need to know about Jon Tester’s priorities on the Supreme Court.”
