The NRSC is up with a new television ad in Arizona this morning, blasting Kyrsten Sinema over her support for the sex trafficking website Backpage.com.

If it weren’t enough Kyrsten Sinema fought to protect loopholes for predators caught with underage prostitutes, she also took tens of thousands of dollars from the founders of Backpage.com and refused to return the money until she was called out in the press.

“It’s appalling Kyrsten Sinema let her thirst for higher office cloud her moral judgment to the point she thinks it’s acceptable to take money from child sex traffickers,” said NRSC Spokesman Calvin Moore. “That Sinema put campaign cash over protecting Arizona children, speaks volumes to her misguided priorities.”

TRANSCRIPT:

ANNOUNCER: Backpage.com enabled the sexual trafficking of children right here in Arizona.

They profited off the exploitation of innocent kids.

But Kyrsten Sinema put politics first, and took over $50,000 in donations from the founder and employees of Backpage.com.

Sinema only dumped the money, after she got caught.

Kyrsten Sinema chose politics and money over the safety of our kids.
