Vice President Mike Pence was back in the Mountain State today and he brought with him a familiar refrain: “Joe voted no.”
The Vice President reminded West Virginians that Manchin has been on the wrong side of almost every major Trump administration priority, voting no on everything from tax cuts for the middle class to defunding Planned Parenthood, and proclaiming “I’m not voting for the wall either.”
Pence summed up the case against Manchin perfectly, concluding, “Joe Manchin just doesn’t represent the values the people of West Virginia cherish most.”
