Washington, D.C. – Joe Biden’s private sector vaccine mandate is the latest example of this president’s executive overreach. It also stands in stark contrast with Biden’s previous position:
Biden: “No, I don’t think [the vaccine] should be mandatory. I wouldn’t demand it be mandatory…”
One year later, Biden has changed his tune. He moved full steam ahead with a far-reaching, unconstitutional mandate to require all private businesses to vaccinate their employees, ultimately forcing private citizens to choose between keeping their job and receiving a vaccine. This was all because Joe Biden wants the government to control the lives of every single American.
Consistently opposed to this big government overreach, Republican Senators rightly led the charge to dismantle this ridiculous example of government overreach. Two Democrat Senators even joined Republicans in this effort.
But vulnerable Senate Democrats Raphael Warnock, Maggie Hassan, Catherine Cortez Masto, Mark Kelly, and Michael Bennet don’t care about protecting the freedoms of American workers. They all voted to uphold Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate.
If it was up to these Senators, unvaccinated Americans would be out of a job this Christmas.
