Washington, D.C. – Crime is on the rise across America and Raphael Warnock has done nothing about it. In fact, he has aligned himself with radical groups who want to defund the police, and put criminals over victims.
His voting record is also full of anti-law enforcement, pro-criminal votes that have little, if any, valid explanations:
- As a pastor, Warnock has repeatedly criticized police, calling some “thug[s]” and “bullies.”
- In August 2022, Warnock voted against a motion to increase funding for prosecutors to ensure violent criminals are properly detained pretrial and that “law enforcement is addressing crime.”
- Warnock voted five times against banning prisoners and rioters from receiving taxpayer-funded benefits such as stimulus checks.
- In 2021, more than 1.1 million prison inmates received nearly $1 billion in stimulus payments, including 163,000 individuals serving life sentences without the possibility of parole, from the Warnock-backed American Rescue Plan
- Warnock voted against directing $300 million to anti-narcotic and -opioid activities carried out by U.S. Customs & Border Protection.
- Despite a spike in crime in Georgia, Warnock supports eliminating qualified immunity and demilitarizing law enforcement.
- Warnock supports ending cash bail, making it easier for criminals to get back on the street.

Raphael Warnock is supported by ‘defund the police’ radicals, and it’s clear by his voting record that he supports their cause. It’s time to get tough on crime by electing senators who will actually vote to make America safer and support our law enforcement officers.”
