Democrats are desperately trying to distract from the widespread benefits of the GOP tax relief plan at all costs. But Democratic leadership’s condescending comments sure aren’t helping their case.
As companies nationwide continue to announce pay raises and bonuses for hardworking Americans, Minority Leaders Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi tried to downplay the significance of employee bonus announcements. Pelosi mocked the substantial pay raises as “nice” and “cute” as Chuck Schumer echoed her comments that Americans who are getting extra cash in their pockets will be “getting crumbs.”
The Democratic Party is proving they are out-of-touch with Americans if they think an extra $1,000 is just crumbs.
