Today marks the six-month anniversary of the GOP tax cuts being signed into law, and despite the radical doomsday rhetoric Jacky Rosen and Washington Democrats used to oppose the legislation, the tax cuts have already delivered massive benefits to Nevadans.
Thus far, the tax cuts have led to bigger paychecks, new job opportunities and massive company investments in their workforces. Yet, Rosen hasn’t voiced a single regret about her irresponsible decision to deny middle-class families the ability to keep more of their hard-earned money. Instead, she has sat and watched, as Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi have promised to rip away the economic benefits Nevadans are seeing as a result of the tax cuts.
“After denying Nevadans the opportunity to keep more of their hard-earned money, it’s clear the last thing voters can trust Jacky Rosen on is what to do with their money,” said NRSC Spokesman Michael McAdams. “When folks cast their ballots this November they are going to be thinking about the extra cash in their pockets and the reality that Rosen and her Democratic colleagues want to take that away.”
