Judge Neil Gorsuch sailed through this week’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings. But Sen. Jon Tester is still being quiet on how he intends to vote.  

By electing President Trump in November, Montanans made it clear they trusted him to nominate a qualified candidate to the Supreme Court. Now it’s Tester’s turn to tell voters where he stands. Will he vote to confirm Judge Gorsuch? Or will he stand with Washington liberals and join their filibuster of the nominee?
