Another Senate Democrat jumps ship

The Delaware News Journal reports that Delaware Senator Tom Carper will not seek re-election.

Carper joins fellow Democrat Senators Debbie Stabenow, Ben Cardin, and Dianne Feinstein in deciding not to seek another term.
