This morning, NBC News reported that the Chinese spy balloon was able to gather intelligence from several American military sites while it was flying over the U.S. earlier this year.

One of the sites the balloon hovered over for four days was Montana’s Malmstrom Air Force Base, where the U.S. stores some of its nuclear assets.

Does Jon Tester still believe the Chinese balloon “doesn’t put our national security at risk?”
