Joe Manchin upped the dramatics this week to denounce Joe Biden’s new coal plant rules that put West Virginia jobs at risk.
What Manchin is leaving out, however, is that he voted against an amendment to the so-called Inflation Reduction Act that would have blocked the authorization of these crushing new regulations.
