A new report from POLITICO found Jon Tester failed to disclose a meeting with lobbyists after promising his constituents he would post his schedule publicly to ensure transparency.
Tester was also busted letting lobbyists write his bills word for word and frequently takes massive checks from lobbyists with bills before his committee. It’s no surprise Tester was the #1 receipt of lobbyist cash.
