Welcome to Roy Cooper’s Worst of the Worst Wednesday, your weekly reminder that Roy Cooper puts criminal illegals above North Carolinians and has made North Carolina less safe with his sanctuary policies.
Julio Noyola-Campos is the type of dangerous thug Roy Cooper fought to protect by fighting to turn North Carolina into a sanctuary state.
Noyola-Campos is an illegal with a lengthy rap sheet, including trafficking a schedule I controlled substance.
Noyla-Campos was previously deported after being convicted of a firearms offense in 2011 and charged for illegal reentry in 2019 — the same year Roy Cooper vetoed anti-sanctuary city legislation.

In 2019, Campos was indicted for distribution of:
- 100 grams or more of heroin
- 100 grams or more of heroin
- 500 grams cocaine
- 100 grams or more of heroin
And with intent to distribute:
- 100 grams or more heroin
- One kilogram of heroin
- 100 grams or more of heroin
- 50 grams of methamphetamine
Thanks to President Trump, this drug trafficker was was finally arrested by ICE in the sanctuary district of Wake County, North Carolina.
“Roy Cooper protects criminal illegals like Julio Noyola-Campos who inject poison into North Carolina’s communities. Cooper is a spineless career politician whose weak, soft-on-crime policies made North Carolina less safe,” said NRSC Regional Press Secretary Nick Puglia.
