The Washington Post reports that Chuck Schumer’s PAC, Senate Majority PAC, has reserved $14 million in airtime in Wisconsin to bail out Tammy Baldwin as she faces a challenge from successful businessman and conservative outsider Eric Hovde.
Hovde has only been in the race to unseat Baldwin for three weeks, and Baldwin’s campaign has already begun spending to try and rehab her image ahead of a tough race in the fall.
