Tester says Biden is “100% with it”

Jon Tester told NBC News that Joe Biden is “absolutely 100% with it” mentally and thinks “he’s doing a good job.”

This will be a hard sell in Montana, where Joe Biden lost by 16 points and has an approval rating of just over 21%.
