WATCH: Tester PANICS when asked about Biden

Jon Tester and his staff panicked at the airport when asked if Joe Biden is mentally fit to be President.

Tester has been awfully quiet since he told his Democrat colleagues that Joe Biden can’t beat Donald Trump in November (and was spotted pounding vodka cranberries to drown his sorrows).
